Basic Obedience

6 week session: For dogs 6+ months of age. This class will focus on foundational obedience commands such as sit, down, stay, come and other essentials.

 

While this class will begin similarly to puppy obedience, it quickly surpasses it in difficulty with added distractions and longer duration.

 

Basic class is essential for owners that want to feel confident taking their dogs out in public as well as relaxing at home with their dog.​​​

  • Loose Leash Heeling

  • Turn

  • Sit

  • Down

  • Stay With Distractions & Distractions

  • Recall (Come)

  • Impulse Control

  • Curbing Jumping

  • Curbing Nipping

  • Curbing Barking

  • Confidence Building

  • Changing Pace

  • Grooming

  • Public Socialization Manners

Our Class Policies

  • must meet our vaccination requirements (bordetella, distemper & rabies) or you will be turned away with no refund

  • minimum one handler per dog

  • no human aggression history

  • must cancel at least 24 hours before class begins
